The free materials

The Localization Playbook and the readiness score are free for internal use at your company. You may share them with colleagues; please don’t republish or resell them.

Sprint engagements

Localization sprints are scoped per market with a fixed timeline — typically twelve days for a first market — and a sign-off checklist before deployment. Full terms, including revision rounds and rollback support, are agreed in writing before any sprint begins.

Accuracy commitment

Every string ships after in-context review by native-speaking linguists and screenshot QA in the target locale. If a layout regression we missed reaches production within 30 days of handoff, we fix it free.
