What we collect

When you download the Localization Playbook or check your readiness score, we collect the work email and product URL you choose to share, plus your quiz answers. We use this only to send the materials you requested and to understand which localization problems are most common.

What we never do

We never sell your information, share it with data brokers, or add you to unrelated marketing lists. Every email we send includes a one-click unsubscribe.

Your product content

Content you share during a localization sprint — strings, screens, glossaries — remains yours. We process it solely to deliver the engagement, under NDA on request, and delete working copies within 30 days of handoff unless you ask us to retain them.

Write to privacy@parlato.example at any time to access, correct, or delete your personal data. We respond within 30 days.
